Best Free Workout Tracker Apps in 2026
Most workout trackers are free to download, but many limit routines, history or programmes until you pay. We looked at what each one lets you do without paying, and who each suits. We make RepSensei, so we have tried to be fair about where others do better.
How we picked
We checked each app's official site and store listings in November 2026. We judged what is free without a subscription, whether an account is needed, where your data is stored, and which platforms are supported. Prices are US store prices at the time and vary by country.
